We bought our car yesterday and ill start by.... When you pull in no sales person jumps on your hood. (Thank god) We got to drive around and look at the cars we saw online (which your website and pictures are great and we love that you use the actual ENTIRE car fax right on the advertisement for each car) we drove around by ourselves without any hounding us. This was the least stressful car purchase I've ever experienced. From start to finish Vy explained the process and the various options in a knowledgeable, no pressure manner. I went in to test drive a car and I left in a new car. Purchasing a car during the pandemic is different, but it isn't bad. There's no shuffling you between staff members during the deal; paperwork is done by the salesperson. I also loved the "no haggling" approach. They use Kelley Blue Book and CarFax.
