I have been going to Lexus of Wichita for service of my 2016 car. I couldn't go anywhere else for a new one. As a "mature" person I was anxious to upgrade for all the driving assistance technology. Vanessa should me how all worked and I wanted to buy. The color I chose took a month to arrive but how happy I am with my car. Two out of state trips, and the car technology works wonderfully.

5/26/2026 windshield replacement for our RX350. We were given a quote from Hayden for $1087.25 plus 25-50 shop fee. When I picked up car upon completion, the bill was $2466.79. We were shocked. I spoke with James and Jason. They were nice but no one willing to make any adjustment on bill. Same with a headlight issue I had after purchase. A lot of nice people listening but no satisfaction on my part.
We have purchased two cars from Lexus of Wichita in the last six months. The crew has been very accommodating in satisfying our desires in finding the right vehicles.
Lexus of Wichita make our purchase effortless. Lam in sales was a great help and very knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions and helped us pick us order the Lexus right for us. Will go back to them for sure.
I purchased a hard to find low mileage SC430 from Lexus of Wichita & it was a smooth process from start to finish. The car is in excellent condition, just as described. AJ has now sold use a Lexus twice in his short time at the dealership. The sales manager did a wonderful job getting the deal done, and as always Ben proved too be the technical wizard. We still want to set aside some time with him to go over much of the crazy tech in our new RX 450 h+.
Excellent experience. Sheri did an excellent job of guiding us thru the process of buying the exact vehicle we were searching for. Am not much for car shopping buy she made it seamless by keeping us informed about the vehicle as it was prepped for sale. Made us feel welcomed. My only complaint is everytime I go in they change something on my display console and it takes me several days to figure out how to change it back or just live with it I’m not technology friendly. Lol

Unfortunately Travelers Insurance Company was very difficult to deal with in getting my Lexus repaired and it took 6 weeks to get their approval on all items to be repaired or replaced. Angela Pacheco was the best advocate I could have asked to monitor and resolve all the issues. She had help from the Service Manager, but it was Angela who hung in there and dealt with such a difficult and uncooperative insurance adjuster.

Vy is very responsive and knowledgeable. I think he’s the best. I would highly recommend him.
I brought car in for 58,000 check. They changed oil & rotated tires. My tires were around 28 psi but I thought when they rotated they would put air to required 32/33 psi which is on door. Picked up car & no change in tire pressure…same 28. Also they never removed sticker on dash saying next appt 58,000. Called about it & she said they r ok if light is not on. I feel as though they should have added some air…did they even rotate? Don’t trust Walser & have heard it repeatedly from friends who have Lexus & Mercedes also.

The service advisors, especially my point man, Mr James Gallardo, ALWAYS go ABOVE AND BEYOND for me whenever I take my vehicle in for service! Mr James is HONEST AND STRAIGHTFORWARD with the services I need presently and the services which can be performed at a later time. would not take cashier's check from my bank to buy car off lease.. How absurd!! Spent most of a week going back and forth from dealership and my bank. My bank finally wired the funds to Lexus. Have been 20 yr customer there but won't return . Told them would start doing my business in future with Henderson Lexus in Kansas City. They said would be happy to get my business and yes they'd be happy to take bank cashier's check

I was really surprised that it took all day just to get a tire rotation.

Both James and the tech guy were very helpful in trying to figure out my unique problem. They were honest stating they may not be able to help, but in the end they found two disconnections and a blown fuse, they fixed at no charge…yay!!!
Very comfortable waiting area and professional drivers ‘chauffeurs’. Excellent sales people. Grossly overpriced parts and service. Flimsy auto trim that isn’t covered under warranty. Design defect - not expected for a Toyota product and certainly not a new Lexus.

We were very pleased with our service. Both Rosalie and Cody were very knowledgeable, couteous, and efficient.
Vy was easy to work with and got me the car that I wanted. He went over the features of the car and helped with the setup of the app and other configurable settings - which was helpful. My only "minor" complaint is that the car was not detailed very well (some of the protective plastic was still on backseats and on the door frame).
Ben was delightful! Appreciate his honest opinions about the cars on the lot. Left feeling like I made the right choice! Rosalie very responsive and helpful. I've worked with her years ago and she consistently does a great job.

Whoever runs the check in area needs to train some people! I was walking out the door to get in my car, and an older man backs a white car right in front of mine, blocking me from getting g my car out. He asked the young boy who had just finished vacuuming my car ( and coincidentally had seen me walking up) to vacuum that car in front of mine “real quick” then walked by me and said to me he’ll be done real quick. I had a great experience at the Lexus dealership, I honestly still had no idea what I wanted when walking in but AJ was incredible throughout the entire process. He never pressured and was patient. What really stood out was that even though they were closing and storing the cars in shelter I was never rushed. That level of care and customer service is rare and appreciated. I couldn't be happier with my new vehicle, if your looking for someone who genuinely will be patient with you ask for AJ or Sherri.
