Worst dealership experience even Buying a '21 Tundra from Wasler / AKA Lexus of Wichita. Found Truck online Monday, call / hold /transferred multiple times before salesman Corey took my info and started trade in process. Submitted 15 pictures requested & info including slight damage. Was not asked for any additional pics. Tues called at 1:00 PM on status & was told truck was at their sister dealership (Mini- Cooper of Wichita) and that salesman was off. Transferred to Sales Manager Scott Bolticoff, who said was too busy to handle himself, could I wait will Wed? Called Wed to saleperson Rosalie Isern and we began finalizing deal. Provided all additional info. I asked for Thur delivery as Iwas supposed to leave for lake on Friday, but told they could only deliver Fri. Also asked to make sure Truck complete (2 key FOBs, manuals, spare, etc) and was told by Rosalie it was. Friday Truck was delivered, the delivery person saw my truck verified dent I had documented with pictures of. He noticed 2 dings from hail on hood that I was not aware of and sent pics back to Scott who informed me on phone they would not accept the deal without additional cash. We settled on $500 extra I paid via CC. Also Truck was missing 2nd Key FOB which I'd asked the saleperson to verify. Was told by Scott there was nothing he would do on that (I've since had a back up FOB mad at $200 cost) - I was tempted to cancel the deal and tell him to take the truck back but went ahead and closed with the cashiers check. The poor communication continued when, after 6 weeks I texted Rosilee asking for status on my title and method of delivery. Was curtly told it could take up to 60 days, Told her I travel for work, if I needed to sign for the packet (like Fedex) I needed tracking info make sure I was home. She said that was in their docs Dept and she had no way to getting that info. The next day I get text from her saying USPS was delivering title THAT DAY. Luckily was home. As stated at the outset - this was the worst dealership I've ever transacted with from start to finish

I can't say enough good things about working with Rosalie to buy our car. We had shown up to purchase our car at the time we had prearranged four days in advance with the salesperson we had been working. He was not there or responding to messages. To say I was mad is an understatement. The way Rosalie stepped in to help us was above and beyond! Things that were ask to be done four days in advance were not done. people were very nice, helpful, honest, straight forward and to the point. no games. was able to test drive and buy a car in 2 to 3 hours. other dealerships - including some lexus dealers - could learn a thing or two from LoW in that regard. the building is nice, but the customer waiting area was lacking pleasantries i am used to at other lexus dealers. i would definitely buy here again, BUT I STRONGLY ADVISE customers to be very diligent about examining EVERY DETAIL of the paperwork. ALL the paperwork was a complete mess. missing amounts, incorrect amounts, wrong VIN numbers, etc. i have never had nearly as poor an experience as this from another dealer in this regard. the good new is that they aren't dishonest, and once you finally get a hold of someone (which is extremely difficult) they are very nice and helpful.

I am drawn to the Lexus brand due to the reputation of its cars and dealers, but after dealing with Lexus of Wichita I'm questioning that desire due to their questionable business practices. I requested to move forward with purchasing a Lexus from them on Sunday night, then followed-up again on Monday morning to confirm. Turns out, the sales person I was working with (Benjamin) got in late on Monday and they had already sold the car to someone else AFTER I requested to reserve it. He admitted I lost the car due to him coming in late, but wasn't willing to do anything about it; not even an apology. A manager (Josh) also never gave me the courtesy of returning my phone call, which I expect from a questionable used car lot, but not a Lexus dealer. If you decide to work with this Lexus dealer, hopefully you can deal with a more professional sales staff and don't get screwed like I did.

Chris Mains is the salesman you want. I’ve personally never had a good experience at a car dealership and I’ve been out here a few times, years ago, honestly never impressed. Purchased a 2023 RX 350 F-Sport from Vy Nguyen. This is the 5th Lexus we have bought from the Wichita dealership and the 3rd from Vy. Vy is very personable and professional. I would recommend Vy to anyone! Also, he can show you any of the vehicles on the lot or website, or find a specific vehicle you are looking for. I recently purchased a pre-owned Lexus from this dealership. I returned for scheduled maintenance today and the service department coordinated with the sales department to ensure I wasn't unnecessarily charged. It turns out most of the maintenance I requested wasn't needed. Most dealerships would have charged anyway - Walser Lexus did not.

Very friendly staff. Rosalie was remarkably patient with us. We appreciated the firm pricing on the vehicles so no bantering back and forth on prices. Their prices were fair considering the current market. We were not pressured into buying a car. We came down from Kansas City to look for cars and drove back with a Lexus NX 350 that we are totally satisfied with. I bought a vehicle (Tesla) from Rosalie from Texas. I had such a great experience in working with her. She took pictures of the vehicle, always communicated with me, and gave me frequent updates. We left very happy with our purchase and the whole process. The price that we discussed over the phone for the car and trade in was what I paid in the end - there were no surprises. She was VERY knowledgeable, straight forward and courteous. She and and the rest of the crew there were able to answer all of my questions about the car and services. Not one to leave negative reviews but I purchased a used vehicle from here and had it shipped to me. Over all I am happy with the vehicle, however they did not disclose some flaws on the vehicle which I asked about prior to purchasing it. I purchased the car without being able to inspect it in person so I was not satisfied with the fact that every flaw on the vehicle was not made known to me before purchasing. I did not expect the vehicle to be in perfect condition, and I would have still bought the car with the flaws, it's just the fact that the sales person was not forthcoming with the details that I did not like... shipping for the vehicle was very quick though and aside from this I the experience was alright. Just unsettling as to what else I may find with the vehicle that I was not made aware of... so if you plan on purchasing here, I suggest that you make sure that you demand photos of every cosmetic issue prior to making your purchase.

Rosalie was one of the best car sales person I have ever met! She wasn’t too pushy, nagging etc. she’s so personable and nice. She answered all the questions I had, ran over the math with me - to show there wasn’t any hidden fees and I couldn’t thank her enough. Any question I had she answered them to the fullest and was detailed with me. Rosalie was great with the finance side of it as well - walking you through every step to see what was the best option. Rosalie went above and beyond what she had to do and for that I’ll for sure be back to do business at this car dealership again. 10/10 recommend this place for anyone looking for a newer car. These people will take great care of you!

I had my LS serviced there recently and this might seem petty to some but I take great pride in keeping my LS running and looking good. A few of the clips that keep the engine cover in place were either missing or broken. Take a look at your clips next time you have your vehicle serviced to see if you encounter the same problem. They are not expensive to replace but it is the principle. If they neglect to care for the little things what else should we worried about.
